Super friendly staff and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the Petit Verdot and the Sauvignon Blanc. Plenty of seating areas. Dog friendly and we could have spent the whole day here.
Came here on a winery tour for a bachelorette trip and we had a one of a kind experience!! Phyllis was absolutely amazing and truly made our visit so special. The wine was SO good and great prices too. The views were beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great winery experience!!
We visited the winery today and they had a private wedding going on so they were selling wine and taking food orders on the outside patio. We ordered wine slushy drinks which had to be made in the kitchen. When we finally got them 25 minutes later, unfortunately they were awful. We brought them back up to the counter and they refunded our CC back and we ordered the wine flight instead. Their wines were very good. I will say the two workers helping us were so kind and understanding. Also, the views are beautiful! We love to shop local, so of course we bought a bottle of wine to take home. Definitely worth a trip to visit.
The tasting venue is on top of a very large hill. Saving grace for me was they have a shuttle service. The driver is the friendliest lady ever. The wine was delicious, we had the "Bliss". We sat outside overlooking a picturesque view of the mountains in all their fall color glory. Live music in the background added to a great experience. I will be back without hesitation. Wonderful venue.
I had an amazing experience photographing a wedding at Point Lookout Vineyards! The venue is gorgeous and has a lot of great backdrops for wedding portraits. The staff are also very responsive and organized. I would definitely love to photograph a wedding there again!
What a delightful experience with beautiful views and perfect company. We experimented with a flight tasting of meade. I now can say I'm a lover of meade. All of the flavors were delicious and we might have taken home a couple of bottles.
Point Lookout is a mountain top experience & event center. Very clear & wonderful scenery
This vineyard has 22 acres of grapes & super views for miles East, South & North, with a mountain to the West.
Meads & wines are made elsewhere and brought back to Point Lookout. Had a taste of meads & wines as we sat & marveled at natures wonders.
Food truck was on site.
Restrooms are ada accessible.
Very nice destination for any occasion.
1st visit there, saw The Embers with Craig Woolard. Fantastic show as always, but made even better because of the outstanding venue. Friendly, attentive, professional staff, gorgeous massive sized timber timber-frame event center and outstanding mountaintop views. We had a great time & plan to return. The high ratings on this facility & staff are well deserved!
5 Aug 2023 - saw The Embers with Craig Woolard (fantastic!) again. Great show @ a incredibly beautiful venue. Gorgeous post & beam pavilion, great staff, jaw-dropping views! Summer beach concert series is AWESOME! Thank you Pt Lookout vineyards - we'll be back for more 👍👍
